More about Elisabeth Brandau
Elisabeth Brandau has been intensively involved in performance improvement since her youth because she had high goals as a top athlete.
Her scientific interest allowed her to translate her own struggles with issues like eating disorders, fertility, overtraining, and the resulting depressive episodes and demotivation into a successful career, including 18 German championship titles in cycling and an Olympic appearance in MTB XCO. This demonstrates that her knowledge is also applicable in practice.
Despite being a trained refrigeration systems engineer and building energy consultant, her heart has always been in health and performance enhancement. This allows her to share her practical experience in environmental technology and her down-to-earth approach with her patients, supported by countless continuing education courses. Her passion for combining technology and medicine as a naturopathic practitioner stems from the fact that, due to dropping out of high school in the 11th grade, she didn't obtain the Abitur (university entrance qualification) required to enroll in medical school. However, she now sees this as her strength, as it allows her to act neutrally and comprehensively, and she has also come to understand how the situation arose that led to her dropping out of school in the first place.
With three children and as an entrepreneur, she continues to give her full passion to health and to her clients.
